Healthy

Being healthy is as much a feeling as being both mentally and physically healthy. Or a feeling of either mentally or physically healthy.

We are physically healthy because our brains tell us that our arms, legs, torso, and internal organs are functioning normally without problems. When our brains tell us that we are physically healthy, it’s most likely due to the facts of correct food intake, appropriate exercises, and proper resting. For that, we feel good of our physical health because our brains tell us so only after we eat, exercise, and rest well.

We are mentally healthy because our brains tell us that we are not worried, depressed, nor over-active and violent. When our brains tell us that we are mentally healthy, it’s most likely due to the facts that we are peaceful, ethical, unprejudiced, non-discriminatory, fair and equal, and believe in humanity. For that, we feel good of our mental health because our brains tell us so only after we practice all the good values of humanity.
